2 стакана нарезанных бананов
2 стакана свежевыжатого сока грейпфрута или апельсина
1,5 стакана нарубленной капусты кале (кудрявой или динозавр)
0,25 стакана нарубленной петрушки
0,25 стакана нарубленной кинзы
0,25 нарубленных листьев мяты


Поместить все ингредиенты в блендер и измельчать в течение 10-20 секунд до получения однородной массы, добавляя больше или меньше жидкости по мере необходимости. Чтобы смузи был прохладнее, можно по желанию добавить пару кубиков льда.
Подавать смузи сразу или охладить перед подачей в холодильнике.
