Сыроедческий Яблочный Крамбл
Этот десерт — очень быстрый и простой в приготовлении, особенно по сравнению с традиционным яблочным пирогом или крамблом, и, конечно, он не требует выпечки.
Вместо рафинированных сахаров в него добавляются финики, а дополнительные вкусовые оттенки ему придают лимонный сок и мускатный орех.

0,5 стакана грецких орехов
2 королевских финика (или 4 финика деглет нур), без косточек, нарезанных
ДЛЯ ЯБЛОЧНОЙ НАЧИНКИ:
4 яблока (желательно столовых сортов), очищенных и нарезанных кубиками
1 столовая ложка лимонного сока
ДЛЯ ЯБЛОЧНОГО СОУСА:
2 яблока, очищенных и нарезанных кубиками
2 столовые ложки лимонного сока
5 королевских фиников (или 10 фиников деглет нур), без косточек, нарезанных
0,25 стакана изюма
0,25 чайной ложки корицы
0,25 чайной ложки мускатного ореха
Рецепт

Чтобы сделать топпинг, измельчить грецкие орехи и финики в кухонном комбайне до получения массы с консистенцией крошки. Выложить крошку в чашку и убрать в сторону.

Чтобы сделать начинку, смешать очищенные и нарезанные кубиками яблоки с 1 столовой ложкой лимонного сока и убрать в сторону.

Чтобы сделать соус, измельчить все ингредиенты (яблоки, лимонный сок, финики, изюм, корицу и мускатный орех) в кухонном комбайне.

Смешать полученный соус с нарезанными яблоками.

Перед подачей выложить яблоки в соусе в посуду для подачи и присыпать орехово-финиковой крошкой.

Очень понравилось, действительно напоминает запечённый крамбл. Только мне не хватило топпинга на всё количество, его смело в два раза больше делайте. Ну и цедры можно добавить в соус, конечно. Спасибо авторам за идею!
