Сыроедческая Подсолнечная Халва
Это базовый рецепт сыроедческой халвы — всемирно известной восточной сладости в сыром исполнении. Вкус и текстура у такой халвы практически такие же, как у настоящей.
Что хорошо в сыроедческих десертах, это то, что они не только потрясающе вкусные, но и полезные. Сложно поверить, но для приготовления этой халвы нужно всего 4 ингредиента, а весь процесс занимает не более 10 минут.
Освоив приводимый здесь базовый рецепт, можно экспериментировать и включать в него самые разные дополнительные ингредиенты, такие как рубленные фисташки, сухофрукты и специи! Вариантов бесчисленное множество.

200 г сырых семян подсолнечника
3 столовые ложки меда или сиропа агавы
2 столовые ложки кокосового масла или какао-масла, размягченного при комнатной температуре или на водяной бане
1 столовая ложка тахини
0,5 чайной ложки ванильного экстракта (опционально)
Рецепт

Поместить семена подсолнечника в блендер и измельчить до получения массы, напоминающей по консистенции муку.

Добавить другие ингредиенты и прокрутить еще раз, чтобы все хорошо перемешалось.

Застелить прямоугольную форму для выпечки пищевой пленкой или пергаментной бумагой и выложить в нее полученную массу, распределив ее как можно равномернее.

Поместить халву в холодильник и оставить застывать на 40 минут. Застывшую халву нарезать кусочками и подавать.

*По сравнению с классической халвой сыроедческая получается более кремовой и влажной. Однако на вкус она практически такая же.

Попробовала этот рецепт и не получила результат. Взбитые сухие семечки, мало масла и сиропа, нет сладости и единой массы. Даже увеличив количество добавок халву получить не удалось, возможно, что-то сделала не так
